Change Indicators
Select everything that is true about the current engagement. These inform the recommendation.
Original goals have been substantially met
Goals are being met faster than the contracted timeline
Goals have evolved significantly since intake
Deeper work has emerged that wasn't part of the original scope
Current frequency feels too high for where client is
Current frequency feels too low for the momentum they have
The engagement has plateaued — same territory, no new movement
Significant life change (role, relationship, health) has shifted the priority
Client capacity has dropped — they cannot sustain current engagement level
Client appears ready to work independently
The work needs more time than the original contract allows
The engagement type no longer matches — a different format would serve better
Section 4
Your Recommendation
Select the option that best reflects what you believe serves this client. This becomes the lead recommendation in the output.
Option A
Continue as contracted
The current terms still fit. Acknowledge progress and hold the plan.
Option B
Reduce frequency
The client is moving well. Less frequent sessions allow more integration time.
Option C
Increase frequency
The client has momentum. More frequent sessions will accelerate the work.
Option D
Extend the engagement
The work needs more time. Propose additional sessions or a new package.
Option E
Early completion
Goals have been met. The client is ready to work independently. Close with intention.
Option F
Pivot the engagement type
The work has shifted. A different format, focus, or package better serves what is needed now.
Option G
Pause the engagement
Capacity or life circumstances require a defined pause before continuing.
Option H
Close the engagement
This engagement has run its course. Close well, with care and without guilt.
